## Payments

How long does an international transfer take? +

Most conversions and transfers settle within minutes. Final times depend on the corridor and the payment method for each country, typically between 1 and 2 hours.

Can I pay many beneficiaries at once? +

Yes. Upload your beneficiary list or a CSV file, assign amounts, and release everything in a single flow, with traceability for each beneficiary.

What fees apply? +

You'll see the rate and the total to be received before confirming each transaction. No hidden costs or surprise charges.

## Accounts

Who can open an efy account? +

Businesses, institutions, and individuals in the markets where we operate, subject to identity verification.

What currencies can I hold? +

You can hold balances in USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local and digital currencies such as USDT, all from a single account.

Is there a cost to hold a balance? +

We don't charge fees for receiving funds or for maintaining a balance.

## Verification

How do I complete verification (KYC)? +

Upload your ID document and take a verification selfie from the app. The process takes just a few minutes.

Is my money safe? +

We operate under institutional compliance standards (AML/KYC), digital asset custody, and traceability on every transaction.

How do I turn on two-step verification? +

From your profile, under Security, link an authentication app and confirm the code. It adds an extra layer of protection.
